About Me

My photo
Lindsay Hall-Stec
I live in State College, PA with my husband, Frank, our three cats, Dash, Tutu, and Clemmie Badcat. I have also recently become a dog person and mom to Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog, Gunnar, and Brussels Griffon, Willie. This blog is a chronicle of my many phases as an amateur bike racer, the most recent of which is regaining my #professionalslashbikeracer status after a bilateral mastectomy, a global pandemic, and a fractured vertebrae+ribs+spinal fusion surgery led to 2.5 years off from racing. I like to philosophize on pop song lyrics and try to find meaning in the ups and downs of 15+ years of trying to be good at bikes.
